Mr. Lambert is the Head of Trading and an observing member of the U.S. Investment Committee. Mr. Lambert joined the team in 2017 and was previously a Chief Investment Officer for a start-up insurance company, Endeavor Plus. Earlier in his career, Mr. Lambert was a Partner & Head of Developed Market and a member of the Investment Committee for BTG Pactual Asset Management and a Senior Vice President & Head of Trading at Harbinger Capital Partners. In addition, Mr. Lambert worked as a High Yield Bond Trader at RBC, BNP Paribas Securities, Société Générale and Chase Securities. Mr. Lambert earned a B.A. in Economics from Williams College and graduated from the BTG Executive Leadership Series from Harvard Business School.
